You are in the right place.

You Don’t Need to Fix Your Relationships—You Need to Rebuild Your Relationship With Yourself

If you feel invisible, overextended, or emotionally responsible for everyone else, the issue is not just your relationships—it’s how you relate to yourself within them.

Many of the clients I work with are:

  • Highly capable in their professional lives

  • But struggle with boundaries, communication, and emotional clarity in personal relationships

  • Constantly overthinking, overgiving, and second-guessing themselves

  • Tired of feeling responsible for other people’s emotions

You may look like you have it together—but internally, you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are in relationships.

My Approach My Approach

I focus on helping individuals develop:

  • Strong self-awareness

  • Clear interpersonal skills

  • Emotional regulation and boundary-setting capacity

Most people were never taught how to:

  • Communicate effectively

  • Navigate conflict

  • Advocate for themselves

  • Maintain their identity within relationships

We address that directly.

This work is structured, intentional, and focused on real-life application—not just insight.

What this work change

When you strengthen your relationship with yourself, you stop:

  • Overexplaining yourself

And you start:

  • Communicating clearly and directly

  • Setting boundaries without guilt

  • Making decisions with confidence

  • Showing up as yourself—not who others need you to be
